I arrived on time to my appointment and they had double booked. They passed me between consultants, and while my feet were soaking they rushed my manicure for one hand. The application was thick and uneven, the pedicure water was cold.
When the nails were done, the nail technician agreed that they were poorly done and encouraged me to come back to fix them. When I did, they didn’t have me on the books, refused to refund and told me I could come back yet again another day. They wasted my time.
