Arrived slightly early but was seated safely distanced away from other customers. The masseuse had read my comments about neck pain and explained what she would do to work through the issues I'd listed. The massage was extremely professional and effective. The masseuse was excellent and communicative throughout. Thank you, I will definitely be returning
