Granted I don't have roots anymore and the lady's technique was good. But, my hair honestly looks darker than when I went in, I don't know what toner she used but I wasn't consulted what kind of finish I wanted. I wasn't asked what I wanted full stop. Also disappointed to heat protection spray was used before a rough blowdry, hair feels very dry. The ladies are all very nice but don't say much, more communication needed with clients perhaps?
