The lady who did my treatment was lovely and welcoming. However, not good at the treatments. She left in the middle of my facial for about 5 minutes to speak with a colleague and did not let me know why. She cut my nails in evenly and have a bad paint job. My nails were smudged by the time that I got home and once I had removed the paint I could see the state of my nails. Such a shame because the therapist was really nice.
