Awful experience - Treatwell had offered a 18:40 appointment which I booked only to turn up and they say they can’t do anything after half 6. I showed the booking and the beautician agreed to go ahead. Gel removal took 45mins and she repeatedly burnt my nail with the electric file. I winced and pulled my hand away and she did it again. She kept leaning back sighing because she didn’t want to be there. I suggest they don’t offer appointments they don’t want to do.
