I came back here because I had a nice experience a few months ago. This time the service was terrible. I asked for a wash and a trim, it was all rushed and done in 15 mins (even a man haircut takes longer). They quickly dried my hair with a very hot hairdryer and then said I’m done, without brushing my hair or putting some hair oil. Then at the check out they wanted to charge me an extra £10 for the wash, but I reminded them that on Treatwell it’s only an extra £6. Do not recommend.
