I arrived for my shellac manicure at the time I’d booked online for, though due to short staffing had to wait about 35 minutes. I asked for French tips, however the first beautician passed me to her colleague as she didn’t feel confident in doing them. The second beautician also struggled, and I didn’t like the look of the result. I therefore chose to go for a single colour all over, but left feeling quite disappointed as I couldn’t get what I wanted and was in there for an hour and 40 minutes.
