Nothing to complaint about with Hannah, the beautician. This time the manager of the salon tried to charge me an extra £10 for shellac removal. I have always booked the same service every three weeks with Hannah and the cost for the service on Treatwell is the same with or without Shellac removal -£65. There was something said about Treatwell taking a percentage (which is the same at £65) but it’s hard to have an adult conversation with someone whose head is in the sink having her hair washed.
