I had an overall great experience, the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The aesthetician who preform the treatment was so kind and friendly. Only reason why I didn't rate my experience five stars is because I was a little sorer than usual and some hairs were left over on the hollywood but nothing major. Will definitely attend again!
