It was a nice, welcoming and comfortable place. I wish it was bigger but Kayley made up for it because she was friendly, attentive, knows her stuff and was willing to answer any questions. Kayley is a very good listener and kind. My friend and I are planning to return but next time have a 60 or 90 minutes massage.

Kay is really pleasant and empathic to holistic needs, a skilled therapist who expertly eased away the tension and knots in my muscles with firm yet soothing strokes, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and utterly relaxed. Kayley is a talented and professional masseuse with a great set-up. Her attention to detail is excellent, and her customer skills exceptional as I felt completely at ease with her throughout the treatment. She ensured she applied the correct pressure throughout the session and attended to the areas discussed at the outset that needed more attention.
Overall, this was a calm and relaxing experience, just right after a day's walking around London. Thank you, Kayley.
