Jo was very accomodating. As it was my first ever massage I was a bit apprehensive but Jo made me feel so relaxed, by answering my questions and explaining the whole process.
The ambience in the room was really welcoming - soft music, lovely essential oil aroma, clutter-free and, spacious.
