I have had many massages this is by far the best. Sarah's caring and genuine personality automatically puts you at ease (massages are quite a personal thing!) The room is clean and cosy. I'm very fussy with my massages and sometimes feel awkward asking to have the pressure adjusted. However, Sarah's pressure was spot on and she even checked in a couple times to ensure the pressure was how I wanted. I always walk out feeling free and loose.
I have brought gift vouchers for my friends but am scared to recommend her too much in case she gets too busy and can't fit me in!

I would, and have, happily recommended friends and family visit Sarah. She is a wonderfully relaxing person, and someone who makes you feel at ease instantly. I always leave sad that I don't have just half and hour extra! Anyone visiting Sarah will not regret it in the slightest.
I have had the best massage experience ever with Sarah! Her attention to detail for meeting the clients needs is superb! Her welcoming, gentle manner and soothing massage makes me look forward to my treatments every time. She is the best in terms of providing a bespoke service, and adapting it based on my needs. Her room is always so comfortable, the ambience is so soothing and the lovely touches such as the lemon water, creating a personal blend of oils, warmth, candles, healing aroma's and offering healing advice is why I keep going back. Had a few massages with "Go with the Flow" and I must admit I don't believe that I have had a better massage in London! Sarah ensures that you are made to feel at ease and takes the time to deliver a massage that soothes away those troublesome 'knotty' areas. The facilities are spotless and have a calming atmosphere which is in line with Sarah herself, just the right balance of friendly chat and relaxing silence to accompany the massaging..highly recommended..
Having been to Go with Flow several times I'm always above and beyond satisfied with the experience. Sarah is great and really goes the extra mile for her clients. The recent re-furb of the room adds even more to the already relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for great value for money, customer service and putting you back in action when working on your feet all day!
