Go With The Flow Massage is headed by Sarah, an independent therapist who loves to help people who want to help themselves. There are no back-to-back treatments or busy salon atmosphere as Sarah prefers to take the time to treat each client as an individual.
Her massage style has been described as, 'A cross between Deep Tissue and Swedish massage'; aiming to aid relaxation as well as the therapeutic release of muscle tension. A good massage should leave you feeling freer in tight areas, whilst also help to 'switch gear' to a peaceful, more content state.
