Gemma is absolutely amazing! She’s so friendly and I felt completely at ease. The venue is beautiful and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The room for waxing/massage feels very calm. Will be back soon as I absolutely love it here ☺️

Booked a wash & cut as I didn’t need my hair styled with a blowdry, but I was surprised this option doesn’t include a rough dry - so just fyi. Could be improved with a rough dry so the hairdresser can finish off the ends properly when the hair is dry
