Booked a wash & cut as I didn’t need my hair styled with a blowdry, but I was surprised this option doesn’t include a rough dry - so just fyi. Could be improved with a rough dry so the hairdresser can finish off the ends properly when the hair is dry

Fantastic wax. As someone who has very sensitive skin and goes very red, this is the most comfortable &least painful wax ive had. Gemma is lovely too, will be going back next week
