Gemma is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! She is superb in the way she takes care of you, gives great advice personally and professionally. I absolutely loved my eyelashes! Unfortunately my eyelashes didn’t last a week, (my fault completely!) I was doing my own lash lifts at home and didn’t know I was completely ruining them until Gemma showed me a close up of the frayed little eyelashes! Anyway, she KNOWS what she’s doing and talking about,I even have another appt booked with her tomorrow
