Service and nails were excellent however I was a bit disappointed after I went on the company’s Facebook and found a colour and design that I liked (plain but with glitter ombré on ring finger) and when I showed this to the staff member, they said that this was only available at the Pimlico branch. No where on the Facebook page or treatwell was this explained, even though I had spoken to the company about this particular design through social media. I am very glad that I had not paid for the glitter tips option. However, my nails look and feel great and I had a lot of compliments.
