Just the most appalling experience I've ever had in a salon. Messed up my booking, refused to give me the treatment I'd booked. Gel polish removal was okay but the lady who finished off really hurt my toes and made then very red when filing. After that experience I didn't want the pedicure but the salon manager, who was quite rude, refused to refund the money I'd already paid. Very amateurish, and I feel as if my feet have been abused and I've been robbed.

Salon is a little bit shabby and feels very functional - servicing lunchtime office trade. I paid for a manicure but really just received a shape and polish. Range of colours good. Filing needed tidying up as uneven. Actual painting was good but slow.
