For the third time in a row they’ve been doubled booked. They changed my appointment over the phone when I called as they did even bother to call to inform me. They booked me on Saturday morning at 10:00instead of Thursday and when I’m there they told me it’s again double booking and I have to come back at 2:30,which was so frustrating as again they didn’t call. The visit before was 15 minutes before my appointment and I waited 20 minutes after my time and the staff member left me after she started doing my nails to go do someone else which was so rude after me waiting more than half an hour to have my treatment. I don’t think I’m going back there or recommend it to anyone as I tried them few times, hoping that what’s happening is one of time but clearly they can’t manage which was clear at my last visit on how many people turned up and double booked.
