Always great quality but expensive

Overall my experience wasn’t terrible but I don’t think I’ll be returning here. my appointment started late (I was left sitting for about 10 mins with no explanation) and I found the ambience of the salon wasn’t great - it’s a nail salon first and foremost and was very busy with people having manicures and pedicures so I found myself wondering where my treatment would take place. Eventually I was taken into a very small side room, no bigger than a cupboard really. My therapist was a little rough with the waxing - I had some bleeding and scabbing over the next few days where she’d been a bit over zealous with the plucking and waxing over the same areas a few times. Lastly I was disappointed my therapist didn’t ask me how I like my brows so they came out a lot thinner than usual and don’t follow their ‘natural shape’, but I can’t complain that they look bad or anything - just not ideal but that’s what you get for going to a new waxer I guess.
