I've been to Go Glam several times and have recommended it to everyone. However, on this occasion I was really disappointed by the service I received. The person doing my nails was rude and rough with my hands, despite my constant complaints that she was filing my skin. The salon was very busy and she rushed my nails without ensuring I was happy with the result. Next time, I will be sure to stick to using the other nail artists who are patient and polite.
