I was kept waiting for almost an hour before my treatment started. Yes they were dealing with other customers but why operate an appointment booking system in that case?
I wasn't happy with my pedicure or manicure either. The foot massage was painful and feet were not properly scrubbed, so felt rough. During manicure, I asked to retain length and shape of my nails but ended up with pointed shaped nails on my left hand which needed rectifying and meant my nails ended up shorter than the other.
