This salon has lovely technicians who do an excellent job but really dreadful management. I rang to explain that I was late and ask whether I should still come. Catherine on the front desk said yes, definitely. So I show up. She is clearly very angry with me from the minute I walk through the door and won't stop hassling me about 'my attitude'. I say I can leave. She is increasingly aggressive and rude and eventually thrusts my cash at me and tells me to get out. Very odd. Very unpleasant.

I was very late because I got lost and they still accommodated without making a fuss. The SNS was quick a thin as I asked. Coming back!

Hi, I come to your place quite often and it’s usually good standard. However, I’ve had shellac done 2 days ago and it is already falling off. Not the standard you except for more than 40 GBP.
