The ambience is nice and clean. Though, this time wasn't lucky enough to have a great experience here.
Booked Luxury Pedicure in Pimlico branch (actually, by mistake, as normally go to the one in Westminster and so far am satisfied with the service there).
The girl that was assigned for the job, did it with a face of duty. It was a bit disappointed, especially, when you making all the way to have a Saturday treat, paying money for it, and then have to point out the details that should be know by heart of beautician.
To the staff: believe, next time you can do it better!
