Nice welcome and therapist Petra recognised me even though I have not been for ages, Wonderful hot stones massage. If you have not tried this before I would definitely recommend it, - warmth of hot stones plus pressure of massage. Relaxing time. Salon was busy but appointment time kept to. I would happily book here again

I ENJOYED THE MASSAGE IMMENSELY,IT WAS VERY RELAXING AND THE THERAPIST WAS VERY GOOD.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE AND FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY.

Went to this salon for the first time was nervous at first with staff members being foreign, no disrespect to staff was very surprised how at ease i was put, staff very polite, my stylist not sure of his name, advised me on how to have my hair took him at his word result very pleased, i would reccommend this salon to any of my family was made at ease and felt comfortable within the surroundings,i am having a second visit here instead of going to my usual stylist who i have had for the past 8 yrs, service a1 was offered refreshments and theres a toilet for use of customers.
overall experience couldent off asked for a better service than the one i got.

i hate writing bad reviews but i was really gutted about my pampering session here. the place is ok and staff friendly enough however they do not speak very good english and were constantly having conversations in their own language ignoring customers. my facial was not luxury as advertised, and the massage was a reasonable back massage/hot stone not full body again as advertised. i was also very cold at the time. my manicure consisted of file, cuticles cut right down- not using an oil, base coat and 2 coats of colour and that was it! the whole thing was meant to last 2 hours, it started late and finished early.
I had also been in the day before for a kgb deal- sorry! on my hair for a colour and cut and treatment for £29, this was reasonable, like my cut if not my colour, however the stylist got colour on my top, noticed and didnt say anything.
Not the best service which was a pity as think they could be alot better with a bit of work.
