Booked appointment weeks in advance and arrived 5 mins before appointment and wasnt taken until 20 minutes later, defeats the purpose of booking a slot. Nail tech didn’t do what I asked even when showing a picture. Had to get them redone. Products are very cheap as I got them done 2 days ago and the top coat is already peeling off which isn’t ideal when you get them for holiday. It’s not the experience I was hoping for and I wouldn’t recommend
