Great experience overall and nice atmosphere However the root color wasn’t really the one I wanted and the style after the blow dry only stayed for 1 hour

I went in for a fringe trim and was unsure about exactly how I wanted my bangs to look. Sofia was incredible - super reassuring, made sure she understood what I wanted and advised on what would look best for my face shape. She was very sweet and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job and I love my new bangs :) Thank you!
