Booked wax for 10am however when I got there I was told I would have to wait 30 mins for the wax to heat up. Didn’t actually start until 11am. I didn’t realise it would be a strip wax and it was okay pain wise but hot wax is definitely less painful and less awkward. The lady was really nice but missed a few hairs and left lots of wax on me which I had to remove when I got home
