As usual a perfectly professional and friendly appointment at Glow. The beauty therapist (sorry didn't catch your name) always conducts a thorough assessment of my requirements; shape, colour, hair removal preference etc. Very comfortable, relaxing treatment room, excellent value for money. I will certainly return. My new favourite beauty and hair destination!

I really enjoyed my time there - the staff were very nice, the place was clean, and there were some good tunes as well ;) The woman who did my pedicure was great - very friendly and professional, offering me water etc. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't have a shaver, as some other reviews stated. Instead, she used a small foot file on my dead skin. It worked to make my feet look nice for the day, but by the next the areas were dry again. Oh well! I'd still recommend the place, though I might not pay for the full luxury pedi (I happened to have a voucher).
