The eyelashes looked great when they were done, but my left eye was in pain half way through the treatment I told ulla it felt swollen after the treatment, and I was told this was normal although I have had many eyelash treatments elsewhere and never felt pain or swolleness. My eye was red, and the next day the pain increased so I went to moorfields eye hospital they said there was an abrasion on my eye and prescribed antibiotics to prevent infection. It healed up pretty quick, but probably won't be going back. Staff were really friendly and the eyelashes looked great.
