The woman that I had was very nice. I was expecting them to use hot wax for my legs but they had wax inside of a roller which they used for speed and I felt like it didn't quite have the same effect. I also felt nervous during the hollywood as the lady doing it also seemed nervous- and she left quite a lot of hair. They used strips for this where I was hoping they might use the wax which you peel off, like in other salons.

I have been going to this salon for about a year and a half and I have always been satisfied with the service, as exemplified by my previous review on Treatwell, which was completely contrary to this one. Lucas did my hair the first time that I visited and I was pleased with his treatment, Marta then took over for about a year after that. My Saturday appointment was with Lucas once again which ended in an utter disaster. I wanted grey shades (dark base and light highlights) with hint of blue at the bottom but I ended up with black, blue and green hair. I came home with unwashed dye around my hairline, ears and neck as well as patches of un-dyed hair and grey hairs still remained on my temples. The next day, luckily, my friend who is a hairdresser, after laughing for half an hour, proceeded to fix this major mistake with a 6 hour treatment to restore a some what natural colour. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but I was dissatisfied that Lucas rushed my hair towards the end, left me with horrible hair and a huge problem on my shoulders to deal with just days before my holiday.
