I arrived in good time for the appointment and was happy when I was seen to almost immediately. However I was then asked to sit in one of the hairdressing chairs in the middle of the busy salon. The beautician proceeded to do my upper-lip wax there in front of everyone. I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed, I left almost immediately after she'd finished and when I returned home I realised a considerable amount of hairs still remained. The beautician was very lovely and polite, but I wouldn't recommend or go back.
