First visit, nice staff, spacious, nice treatment room.
Quite good facial, face was a little brighter & smoother, would of been better with a couple of minutes of facial massage/neck in between waiting for next product applied.

I highly recommend the beauty therapist with whom I dealt - she was friendly, efficient and clearly very skilled/experienced. The salon was also clean, tidy and professional. I was happy with now my eyebrows were tinted and shaped, but I just wasn't too impressed with the tan they use for spray tanning. The therapist's technique could not be faulted, as the tan was v evenly applied, but the colour itself left me a radioactive shade of orange for the first 2 days, and then faded very rapidly, only lasting about 5 days when I would typically get 7 from a spray tan. As I said, not a fault of the therapist or salon, clearly the tan they used just isn't right for me.

I was really happy with my experience. It was a really relaxed and friendly environment, and my hairdresser was lovely. He did a great job on my hair.
The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered a drink at all while I was there - and when you're in a salon for an hour or two, your mouth can get a bit dry! Otherwise, brilliant service, friendly staff, and a great salon.
