Wax was not thorough at all. I had a lot of hair remaining in various spots afterwards. It all seemed very rushed and without attention to detail. There was no plucking the stray hairs or ensuring everything was clean. The positives were: it wasn't very painful and the lady waxing me was nice. I would however recommend going elsewhere if you want a thorough, value for money and decent wax.

Quite good facial, face was a little brighter & smoother, would of been better with a couple of minutes of facial massage/neck in between waiting for next product applied.

Lots of attention to detail applied to lashes. Lashes last over two weeks. They look full but natural. I love coming here to get them done.
