Had a lovely hair wash by the colourist but having booked with the Salon Director via Treatwell the night before, not Huseyin… was utterly confused when he started cutting my hair. I’ve had a previous haircut with him and though technically great, I really need to be able to communicate with my hairdresser through more than broken English, and found him rough with my hair, and burnt me more than once with the hairdryer. Alas, the same happened again, won’t be returning.
