I called ahead to say I’d be late (train failure) and when I arrived the therapist was shutting the shop and seemed really put out that i was there. Whoever took my call on the phone didn’t let her know I was coming, so it was lucky I caught her really. I apologised as much as I could about my lateness (actually another salon had cancelled on me earlier in the day so this was my second/only choice). I wasn’t given a couple of private moments to disrobe like normal (so you can check your bits are ok!) and I felt she really rushed the job. I had to point out a missed patch and tweeze at home later. I also have a purple bruise along the bikini line which might as well be hair for how it looks from a distance! Not gonna look great by the pool. (Could also he because the lighting was quite dim to be fair). I also left with lots of wax still on me which was really uncomfortable - rubbing and chafing on the walk home. Also my *ahem* undercarriage was not waxed as thoroughly compared to other Hollywood waxes. I left with 5 mins before Debenhams properly closed so she could have taken a bit more time to do it right (and it would’ve taken no time to be a bit friendlier!)
