The nail bar is in the middle of Debenhams so ambience not great. I did not have the gel polish removal so cannot comment on that but my manicure was average at best - there is some shrinkage at the tips of some of my nails and on one hand the beautician wiped down my nails before putting the top coat on which I had to call her out on. the store was closing at 7pm so I didn’t feel I could ask her to fix it. On the plus side, the lady was nice and she gave me a good hand massage
