Very bad executed shellac, asked few nails to be done from beginning because every coat was very very thick and could even dry after 3 minutes under blue light. At the end when cleaning with cotton pad before applying topcoat, shellac came away. Very bad job
The wax was probably the worst I have had, the lady did not give you any privacy or time to 'get ready', she did not wear gloves or wash her hands beforehand/afterwards so I very much question how hygienic the wax was! I am most disappointed by the misleading description about the wax type used; the description reads: After a consultation to discuss your waxing preferences, your therapist applies an antiseptic cleaner and/or pre-wax oil to your skin.
Then the (hot) wax is applied and the hair is removed in the opposite direction of the growth to ensure every hair is lifted from the root.
There was no cleaner or pre-wax oil applied. It specifies here HOT wax which is why I booked the appointment but it was not hot wax but strip wax which was painful and I had to do a lot of the manoeuvring/holding skin. I feel bruised and have still got wax stuck to me all over that was not removed properly. The whole experience was awful and I would not want anyone to go through the same thing especially as a first time wax appointment!
