I really hate leaving negative reviews but I had a terrible experience here.
Firstly the photos of the salon were not reflective of what it was actually like- the decor looked modern and smart in the photos, whereas in reality it was tired and a bit tatty.
My therapist arrived late, seemed to struggle to find the correct tools to do the pedicure, didn’t have the colour I picked actually available, applied the polish really poorly and rushed to finish in time. A really bad experience I’m afraid.

The lady looking after my mum was a trainee, who wasn’t sure what she was doing. She had to constantly ask her boss to stop working on barbers side to help out, because she got stuck washing my mums hair. The man was good, but all felt chaotic.

I am loathe to leave a negative review, but, whilst the therapist was very friendly, the quality of the nail varnish and manicure itself fell very short of acceptable. I had to remove and repaint my own nails at home.

I went for a French pedicure and the service was excellent. Zarina was warm and welcoming, the pedicure was very relaxing and my feet look absolutely gorgeous afterwards.
