Emily was a lovely lady, that was very humble, she was very professional and also very helpful and didn't try too much to be professional to a point of me feeling awkward, she got to know me very well and spoke about herself and anything we had in common. She is brilliant for how she had me feel so comfortable and not just like another client going on about their life. Give her a pay rise 😊
