I have been a regular customer of Vicki’s for three years now, since my daughter treated me. I have had my nails and eyebrows done on a regular basis. Vicki’s new premises are absolutely beautiful and you can enjoy your treatments in a luxurious environment. Vicki is highly skilled and very professional. She offers excellent advice and is always very respectful and hospitable.

Victoria is so welcoming and makes me feel relaxed on every visit. Her expertise are second to none; she always shows great knowledge of the products being used and new treatments offered. The only person I’ll go to for my Dermaplaning- I always walk out glowing!

Vic is always really accommodating with my appointments around life/kids when she can. Is attentive to and responsive to requests to make my treatments how I like or want them. She is always willing to to ask for feedback/listen and makes me feel comfortable enough to express. Always asking for feedback to improve her services. Which makes negative feedback feel unnecessary when she's so approachable and accommodating. Reputational damage is irreparable.
