Treatment started 15 mins late. Asked for squared off nails, was told "round would be better". Good amount of time spent on cuticles, but was pushed back without use of softening oil. Paid for gel polish on both hands and feet, as well as gel removal from toes. Gel removal was manually done (I.e. peeled/chipped off), with only the most stubborn ones being soaked. And disappointingly the gel nails on my hands have already begun peeling off, less than 24hrs later.
