Dry warm welcome, on a very wet day. I arrived early, and was not kept hanging around. Had a lovely hair wash. I explained that I wanted more layers in my hair, and I am very pleased with the result. Best haircut I have had in a long while. Comfortable chairs, tea and coffee available. Overall, a very pleasant experience and will be returning. Thank you.
