easy to book , I came earlier but we could start massage earlier which was a pleasant surprise . Great massage a s always. I'd recommend to get a pair of pants to wear during massage as you are not given one .

It was easy to book and I was greeted nicely on the day. The massage was very good although the lady was a bit too heavy to stand on me and I was glad when she got down .
I went almost a week ago but still feel great .

When I arrived, i asked for hot stone massage but they said I had to ask for this the day before my appointment so they could not do this. I felt very uncomfortable putting my handbag on the hook on the inside of the door, but there was literally no where else to put anything. There was a notice by the door saying the company take no responsibility for lost belongings. In the middle of my massage when I was facing down and the masseur was sitting on top of me, I thought I heard the door open and I was worried about my handbag being on the inside of the door. When I got dressed, I noticed my handbag zip was wide open. An hour later I had many calls from my bank saying that there were numerous transactions of fraud on my account, which mounted up to a couple of thousand pounds. I am not accusing My Thai Spa of theft, however, it was very strange that I heard someone come into the room in the middle of the massage when I could not turn round, it was strange that my handbag was open after the massage and it was strange that the bank started phoning me immediately after the massage saying there were numerous transactions of fraud on my account. I cannot prove anything, however, I would never feel safe enough to go back to this venue ever again. Warning - don't leave your belongings on the hook on the back of the door - keep them under the bed where you can see them.
Great Massage. I will be returning. Only complaint is you can hear everything going on in the other rooms, people talking etc which makes it hard to relax.
