I’ve known Kerrie for a while, she has fantastic knowledge and always gets what I’m trying to achieve even when I come with a ton of different photos, she always checks in during the process to make sure I’m happy with the way the cuts going. The salon itself had a really friendly vibe, all the staff were lovely.

Gloss is such a lovely place to be. So friendly and always a warm welcome. Sophie listens to what I want and always makes sure I'm happy with what she's doing. She is a really good colourist as well as brilliant with the scissors.
