Happy with haircut, but more detail needed around the salon; there was hair everywhere. I don't just mean on the floor as expected, but in the grooves of the mirror, on the skirting board and tucked under/behind the mirrors.
With there only being one back wash, I had to wait 15 mins until I could get my hair cut.
People were lovely and like I say, I'm happy with my cut- my stylist was very knowledgeable - but the salon itself was chaotic and cramped.

I get so many compliments on my hair - Zoe knows exactly how to get the best out of a head of hair! She understands what will work and gets the balance between listening to what I want and giving professional advice to what would be best.
