It was my first time visiting the salon and I actually got my appointment time wrong, turning up 15 minutes late! The team were super accommodating and so lovely throughout the whole treatment. Kerrie was great and talked me through different options for my balayage and cut. I will definitely be back again! Thanks ❤️

Cut was shorter than I asked for and not angled longer to front. Colour is really patchy Grey toner not evenly distributed so blonde in patches. Inexperienced and needed guidance from salon owner as applying wrong colour to ends. Really dissapointed with it overall which is a shame as I have been a few times but had Kate
