Zoe is an expert at understanding all different hair textures including curls and Finer hair types. A credit to her talent and understanding of hairdressing in general and something of a rarity in the industry. She is particularly known for my expertise in colour correction, blondes, and expert cutting. Helping people achieve their dream hair is my ultimate goal, and she will always do her best to accommodate appointments whenever possible. Zoe says, “I’m always inspired by the people around me. I love discussing ideas with my clients, helping them explore what colour and style will complement their hair texture, and highlighting the benefits of a well-thought-out cut and colour. Bringing someone’s vision to life and seeing the confidence a new hairstyle can give them is truly something special.”

I specialise in balayage, smoothing systems, and precision cutting — trained to the highest level to deliver results tailored to you. Hi I’m Sophie.I’m new to Gloss Hair Studio and the Heatons, with 10 years of salon experience from Nottingham. What you can expect i am a very chatty person, and will always do my best to achieve your hair goal. I love cutting both long and shorter styles, I specialise in shorter layered cuts. A graduated french bob is my personal favourite. I love to create Rich brunettes and reds tailored to your skin tone. For my blonde clients I love classic techniques using highlights to get great results. One thing I can guarantee is that you’ll be looked after from consultation to finish. If you want a stylist who is, friendly, and very chatty - you’ll feel at home in my chair. ✨

Zara brings nearly 5 years of training and over a year of salon floor experience to GLOSS Hair Studio. Mentored closely by Kerrie and Zoe (creative team/ senior stylists) , she has learnt from her piers the perfect colour techniques and is dedicated to delivering the exceptional standard our clients expect. With continued training courses to learn the latest techniques and create seamless finishes with balayage and grey blending. Specialising in colour, highlights, her cutting is a classic style which she’s wanting to expand to gain more skills with shorter hair and more precision cutting and styling, Zara has a keen eye for detail and takes real pride in perfecting every finish.
