DO NOT BOOK HERE! I dont even know how they have a business. Booked through treatwell, got a reminder email and text for my birthday appointment. Turned up and was turned away aa they were unaware of treatwell or any bookings made through them. Sent them an email the day before and tried to call nunerous times to no avail. The girl in the salon was extremely rude and unhelpful. Absolutely no resolution to the mistake caused by the salon. Basically a load of monkeys could run a better salon.

I have found it hard to give stars here as I didn't actually receive a treatment and no star descriptions match my experience. I booked my treatment online, turned up after arranging childcare only to be told there was no beauty therapist there today. To be fair, the lady I spoke with was apologetic and arranged another appointment for the next day. I had to call back to cancel, though, as I couldn't arrange childcare in time. In my experience the only 'terrible' thing was the booking system.
