I had a course of lymphatic drainage as I struggle with swelling particularly after travel. I have to say I am a convert and will be booking in for a session before and after every flight in future. My post flight swelling disappeared overnight after my session with Gloria, whereas normally it lingers for days! My face has been remarkably less puffy in the mornings since starting the course too.
